First State Bank endeavors to provide support to persons with limited English proficiency (LEP). Currently, FSB is privileged to assist LEP customers. In the event that the Bank has a LEP customer or potential customer, we will provide language support.
The Bank currently employs several Spanish speaking employees that can assist a LEP customer with their banking needs at any of our branches or ITM's through interpretation services. Google Translator may also be used to accommodate a LEP customer.
